Commercial Loans and Bridge Loans

Commercial financing and bridge loans are funded and facilitated by Financial Manager’s Resources nationwide. Our rates are very competitive, our answers are rapid, and we don’t have to shop our deals to give our customers answers. What puts us ahead of other funding sources is is we focus first on understanding your needs, your objectives, and how best to present your strongest qualities to a lender ... not just getting your application! 

In addition to providing financing for owner occupied, SBA, and other conventional deals, we have financed motels, hotels, restaurants, and a variety of investment properties including raw land and more difficult deals.

Cash outs and refinancing are two very demanding arenas right now. We work with small and large deals and access private investors for additional support to get a deal over the line and financed is needed.

When we couldn’t get approved for $700,000 and you got us approved for over a million dollars, we wished that we had met you sooner!
